      Aaron helped me with my original home purchase and three different refinances. Aaron is up-to-date with current financial trends and always gives great advice. He has access to a wide range of mortgage packages which always have rates that are competitive with anything else I could find myself. He even found us a refinance that didn't require PMI saving us a couple of hundred dollars a month. He is very responsive, easy to work with, and very professional.       We heard about Aaron at Kam Financial after we got fed up with the bank that held the first mortgage on our house offered to refinance it at a lower rate. We worked with them for several months, but they kept asking for more documents, sometimes the same ones we had already submitted to them. They kept making excuses as to why they couldn't close the new loan. My husband was really getting angry with them. We knew their excuses did not make any sense. We had excellent credit. Finally, we decided to look around. We are so thankful that we called and talked to Aaron at Kam Financial. It almost seemed too easy. He got everything together in only a couple weeks. We have had other friends that have told us that they went through the same thing with their lending institutions. We now let people know that they should go elsewhere.
