  Working with Deborah Romero has been one of the most easiest process we could have ever imagined as we refinanced our home. Over the process of A couple months, anything that was needed from us, Deborah was excellent in communication. Anytime we needed to get in contact with her, it was as easy as stopping by her office or asking our question over the phone. Our situation involved multiple Family members, and the way she attended to us was exceptional. I couldn’t possibly recommend Deborah with Ability Mortgage more as her professionalism and friendliness has exceeded our expectations!

  Poor communication, fees appeared on our closing statements that were never disclosed or discussed. It seems there is a company within a company within a company so that the broker can say freely, "I won't make any money off of this deal." Then, symmetry lending (one of the companies within the company) openly mocked me in a phone call when I tried to get answers about how to make a payment. I know this is a small town, and Ripon businesses should be utilized whenever possible. However, I want to make sure nobody else experiences what I did.

  Natalie, I am very sorry your experience obtaining a home equity loan wasn't to your satisfaction. We did handle two transactions for you and the first went very smoothly. The second transaction has taught me how to improve for future borrowers. They are not a part of our company but a company we broker to. I did state that we don't make money on the equity lines and that we do them as a courtesy for our clients. But because we use this secondary source I was not included in that conversation enough to answer your questions. I do hope you continue to use local businesses and that the financial decisions we made, even if the second experience wasn't stellar, have set you up to succeed in your future as we planned.
