      Horrible customer service made my grandmother go back-and-forth to her house to grab IDs and identifications communication was horrible didn’t let her know exactly what she needed and then the end result she couldn’t get her bank account open because they didn’t have a address that matched her license for Christ sake she just moved to Cohasset and she’s 80
