My fiancé and I were closing on a house, and the deal seemed to be dead in the water. Our mortgage guy at the time was doing his best to make our FHA loan work for this deal, but it was becoming clear that the loan wasn’t going to cut it. We were losing hope, and coming to grips with the reality that we might lose this opportunity. We decided to switch mortage guys and called up John. He assessed the situation, helped us change the game plan from an FHA to a conventional mortgage, and got the ball rolling again. We were in constant communication every day, and he helped guide us through the process of getting approved. He went above and beyond what anyone could expect of a mortgage broker. We closed on the house successfully! We are forever grateful to John and any of his constituents for everything they’ve done for us, and we would highly recommend him to any of our friends or family.
