Pulled into parking lot with 1 drive threw lane open. Upon reaching the outside teller line that was empty the person next to me finished .I then waited 5 minutes before someone acknowleged me and was told I had to wait even longer. Finally another employee told me he would take care of my transaction and had to wait another 10 minutes. Worst and longest transaction in a long time
