      No username retrieval on the website. Zero way to get in touch with someone on the weekends. Sounds like my business is going elsewhere, as it should have YEARS AGO. Edit: and about your phone call, “customer service” three days later is not an effective solution. There is no legitimate reason why a modern bank shouldn’t have a username and password retrieval feature EXCEPT to keep your members from accessing their accounts without calling you first.

      DO NOT BANK HERE! This “credit union” will do more to destroy your credit than to repair your credit. I banked here for 10 years, until the name change. This banking institution, which falsely claims to be a credit union will ruin your credit. I banked here for 10 years until Deborah, in “Business Resolutions” closed my account for a $2 overcharge to Doctors Without Borders, a charity helping keep people safe during Covid. US Bank is a much better choice. These criminals have no moral compass, and how dare they call themselves a Christian!? (See photo)
