      Concur with other reviews as to wait time. Of course they say it is due to Covid. Applied for credit card on line, & after a week trying to check on it. Said they had just emailed me today, they hadn't, but upon resending it it came through! Woman I spoke with was clueless. Told her I owned my home, and she wanted a copy of the lease agreement. Finally after several minutes of ridiculous responses, I told her to cancel the application. Have enough hassles without adding them to the mix.
