  **Update: Megan called me from Abound CU and was extremely helpful. I am still solid in my view that Abound should be much easier to do business with for all of the reasons I stated above, but I do give them credit for reaching out to try to learn about my frustration. Hopefully they will update/change some policies and/or procedures to make them easier to recommend to friends/family. Great job, Megan! (Original Post) Absolutely the most preposterous financial institution I have ever dealt with. I joined to receive the benefits of the credit card with 5% cash back on fuel, but their online banking system is archaic and the only way to set-up auto pay is through ACH, but you need to call to set it up. Additionally, I needed to make a payment via debit card from another financial institution to avoid penalty, but they will only allow the minimum amount due for a phone payment, so therefore forcing me to pay interest. In addition to all of that, I had to pay $15 for a processing fee to pay over the phone. I will say that their cash back on fuel is the best in the country, but it's only after dealing with all of these other ridiculous policies that you can reap those rewards. Very disappointed with them and their staff that seems to not care as well. **Update: Megan called me from Abound CU and was extremely helpful.   I have drove from Lebanon twice now to use their ATM. Both times it was broke. They can change their name all want but still need to improve their service.
