  Ever since Abound took over Fort Knox Credit Union, it has gone down hill. They hold a check of mine for 5 days for no know reason. I called 800# and she called this branch. They told her it was due to me not having enough deposits lately. I have had acct for 6 yrs. I cannot close my acct soon enough

  I got a call around 8 AM stating that my credit card information had been stolen and was trying to be used in Washington. I get that sorted out and a new card ordered and not even two hours later my debit card information was stolen. a debit card, that I have not used ever I only activated it. So in the beginning when I thought maybe it was a me problem and I was being irresponsible with my card, it turns out to be an Abound problem. I am happy that they were so fast to reach out to me but I am not happy that they got 250$ I used to work here a year and some change ago and noticed that fraud calls are EXTREMELY HIGH and nothing seems to have changed since then. Abound needs to invest in better security on their cards. I do not wish to be contacted about this matter, I have nothing kind to say, I have closed my two credit cards and checking account with you.
