The drive thru is a big issue now, but people just be kind. I’m sure this is The first time we have been in a Pandemic. Same goes for them. Take time to pray for the tellers while Your in line if you have time on your Hands or pray for yourself to have more patience. Everyone is experiencing the Same thing. Love all the ladies and the young man in there. They are always friendly and do their job professionally. God Bless and stay safe.

Terrible. The accounts won’t connect to anything. 3rd rate bank. Tellers are really nice or downright disrespectful and rude.

After waiting for 30 minutes in the lobby (teller told me MCRs deal with loan issues) nobody even looking at me, I had to leave. I wasted my whole lunch break today. I am VERY unhappy with the Customer service here.
