I want to start off by saying Stephanie was so helpful and friendly on the phone. I purchased a car from Conway Heaton on 5/6/22, my first payment was due 6/20/22. I called once a week to get my account number/ 10 day payoff amount. I called on 6/14/22 (a week before my payment was due) still my account hadn’t been created. I called again 6/17/22 to see if my account was there and she told me my account didn’t get created until the day before around 5pm. She helped me pay my car payment online and was so helpful and apologized for the delay. My payment didn’t get processed until 6/22/22, the day I received my account paperwork in the mail. If I hadn’t kept calling I would have a late payment waiting to get my account number to pay my loan. I just refinanced my loan through Lincoln National and paid off my account with Abound.
