      I talked to Rick Starr. He was pleasant and helpful. I understand when people are down on there luck it’s hard to be told you owe something you don’t have. He was pleasant and held a nice tune throughout the conversation. I was polite and he was also.

      I just got off the phone with your collector David White. He is exceptionally rude and confrontational. He never introduced himself as a debt collector. He didn't do the entire phrase that is required by federal law that is "This is an attempt to collect a debt and any information obtained for that purpose...." I see your collectors violate federal laws. This is an absolutely horrible company with extremely rude debt collectors.
