Excellent closing company. I have done several closings with them and never had any problems.

The fees might be slightly lower than other title companies but you get what you pay for. Peter Parodi is very unprofessional, immature and irresponsible. He refused to send my lender the final fees two days prior to closing. I asked if we could do a mail away closing because I'm out of state but he refused. My lender said that this should be acceptable. I called four title compamies in NH and they said that they have done this many times and it is very common. Peter told me I should go to other title companies 2 days before my closing because he will not do a mail away closing. When I oferred to make flight arrangement to be there in person for the closing, he refused and said he will no longer work on my file and I should go to another title company. My lender called him but he refused to cooperate. If I change title companies at this point, my closing will be delayed for about 3 weeks. This will ruin all my arrangements for moving and will be very costly. Absolute Title is the worst title company in my opinion.
