      Needed to exchange 5 $20 bills for $100 for a birthday gift and was told they couldn't do so because I didn't have an account with them. Well, I can tell you that due to that policy alone I wouldn't have account with such an idiotic bank! Makes no sense whatsoever!

      It is useful be a great bank BUT now you never know when its open on 8th street or Fountain. Now they are Closed on Saturday...i mean really..
