  I have been with Academy Bank since 2009, and have been very pleased with them until recently. I am in the process of moving my account. Until I can get everything in order just enough money will be deposited only to cover auto withdraws. I have become very disappointed with this banks online process, and how long payments are being left in pending. It does not take my new bank so long to pay transactions.

  Edgar Chavez was very rude and unprofessional, I have never called on an employee before in my life but this guy would not have a job if he worked for me!
