My experience with Academy was pleasant. My wife and I were still feeling the sting of a contract that fell through at the beginning of 2021due to my previous loan team dropping the ball a week before closing. From the beginning Amy, Dana and the rest of their team assured us that they will do everything in their power to get us to the closing table and leave us with a more positive experience and they delivered. The concierge service was also a game changer! They contact you and ask what do you need as far as services and utilities, ask the right questions, give you all the options in your area and even setup your appointments and installation. Thank you guys!
