Every step of the process with this company was difficult, they struggled to get the numbers right, they failed to send the paper work on time then continuously failed to get the correct paperwork sent over. On top of their incompetence they also lied and said I wouldn't need to make payments until construction is complete but are now insisting I start paying a mortgage on a house that is still under construction. Do not use any of this companies services, there are much better options out there.
