  Nicole (and her assistant Shannon) were amazing from start to finish. Nicole was readily available to answer any questions/concerns, whether by text, call, or email, and anything that I wasn't one hundred percent clear on, she ensured that I understood completely before moving on to anything else. Updating us weekly on where we were in the borrowing process, and what the next steps would be, was immensely helpful and really made the entire endeavor a lot less daunting. Once Nicole knows what your goals are, she's all in it for you and your dreams, not the paycheck, and if any friends come to me for recommendations, the only name I will be giving them is Nicole's. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
