      Daniel Teague made this real estate transaction very difficult. I had a 4/5/21 contract that did not close until 6/14/21-which is totally unacceptable. He would not communicate with the selling agent or the title company at all. He failed in this transaction in every aspect. I would never recommend him to any client for a lender.
