I have two loans with them. Interest rates are good, everyone is nice, but dear lord, every single process large or small has been a complete and utter headache. The website is terrible and completely useless, you can't actually do anything on it except look at the money you owe. Setting up auto payments, making extra payments has required multiple phone calls, speaking with multiple people every. single. time. Frustrating. If you can find comparable interest rates, go elsewhere. --------------------------------------------------------------- Downgrading to a 1. I took the advice of their marketing manager written below and downloaded the app. The same problem is present. It does not provide the option to transfer funds from an external institution. This is the same problem that took 3 phone calls on 2 separate occasions involving 3 employees at their facility to figure out...it was not for my own lack of knowledge....it was because they truly did not know how to do it and had to ask multiple other people at their bank. Additionally, there is a discrepancy between what the app says I owe this month ($700plus) and what their website says I owe this month (usual monthly payment). If you have to work this hard to GIVE money to a bank, then they are obviously doing something wrong. All this considered and the fact that their loan officer almost lost us the boat we were buying because they did not have experience processing private loans (their own words)....take your money elsewhere. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Hi. Me again. 7 days later and you finally figured out how to run my auto payment but charged me double. Thankfully, I identified this before it processed and the first helpful and competent individual at your institution (Austin) was able to cancel the double payment. My trash guy is better at handling money than you guys are and I trust him more with it. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Hi. Me again. Called your institution again because my auto draft did not process again. A seemingly simple problem. One might think you could just call, have someone answer, and get the problem resolved--you know, like most banks do. It was working hours and the phone just rang and rang and raaaang. No matter how long I waited or which extension I tried, it just rang and raaang. Finally I just stayed on the line for general help as prompted, waited a good ten minutes.... and it just hung up for no reason. When someone finally called back they were unable to offer any sort of help and forwarded me to a voicemail. That person (Austin) called back, he left me a voicemail stating--"I don't know what happened but your auto payment did not process this month. It will process next month on the 8th. If you wish to make a manual payment this month you can go ahead." I started to make this manual payment and thought, "You know what? This bank really does not have their shit together. I'm going to hang on to this money and just make an additional payment next month if it really doesn't process. With all the luck I have had with this bank it will process tomorrow then there will be another double payment that they won't give back to me." Wouldn't you believe that this is exactly what happened? WHAT IS THE MATTER WITH YOUR BANK? HOW DO YOU SUCK AT EVERYTHING?.... LITERALLY EVERY SIMPLE THING YOU ARE TERRIBLE AT. EVERYTHING IS A HEADACHE.. Acadia could offer me zero interest for the rest of my life and I WOULD NOT USE THEM AGAIN. DO NOT USE THEM. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

While we have not had many complaints that our Online Banking portal was difficult to use, I would like to inform you that we are currently in the development phase of a completely new digital banking experience which is set to launch near the end of August.
