I received a cold call from Accelin Loans to which I picked up and talked to Girish. It sounded great that they could help reduce my mortgage insurance. I had to email Girish every couple days for an update with messages saying he would get me the numbers by the end of the day... and never did. This whole interaction was odd. So rarely do we answer unknown phone calls, especially sales calls... then to be ignored? I can't emphasize how weird it is to be ghosted considering they reached out to me. Disappointed!
