I just finished up possibly the most complicated refi ever. However Eric Swan and Rob Ski made it happen. They have been outstanding in every way. There were so many items that needed real attention. At one point Robert called the IRS on my behalf and waited on hold for over an hour. That kind of customer service is just unheard of now a days. I can not recommend them enough to anyone purchasing a home or doing a refi. Thank you again gentlemen.

Eric Swan and Rob Ski stayed on top of the refinance from start to finish! They both took time to explain different aspects of the loan and explained how I could maximize on this transaction! I really appreciate the support and guidance that was given me during the loan application.
