I give one star only because zero is not an option. I'm currently attempting to purchase a house. I've done this twice before with no difficulty at all. This experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. I've been asked to submit the same paperwork and information two and three times. I've been strung along with closing, having it rescheduled multiple times. Finally, closing was completed on April 5. Today, April 8, I received a message from my title company informing me the package sent to them, that I then signed, was somehow wrong. They expect me to go through closing again. Avoid Acceptance Mortgage if at all possible. I wouldn't wish this company on my worst enemy.
