Almost everytime I go there is NO line out the door. In the past there has been issues with money but if I asked or spoke up it was resolved quick with no problem.

I had my business banking at Chase bank for a long period of time. Until recently when they screwed me over with my PPP loan. I was recommended by my accountant to go with Access bank. It has been an amazing experience thus far. The banker that I have been dealing with directly is Jack. He has been extremely helpful, professional, and always gets back to me right away. Jack is definitely an asset to that bank and I hope they realize that. He was able to get me the PPP loan that Chase bank wasn’t able to. Definitely had a very positive experience with this bank and would recommend it to anyone. Bank Local!!!
