  I've been with Acclaim for almost 10 years now & would never leave! The staff here is amazing!! They take great care of their members, always there to help in any way they can. Acclaim is the true definition of what exceptional service looks like. Great products, great rates, great people!

  Honestly this place seems to have new people all the time. I believe there are issues with management, and I no longer feel like a valued customer anymore. Something needs to be done fast at this location, before there aren’t anymore customers…

All of our full-time employees have been with us for over a year, with the majority of our employees 5+ years. We do have one part-time employee that we added over the summer and has been with us for 6 months now. I highly encourage you to reach out to our management team by emailing [email protected] or by giving us a call and asking to speak to a member of our management team so that we can use a negative experience for you as a training opportunity for our staff. If management doesn’t know about an issue, they can’t effectively try to resolve it or teach our employees, new or tenured, going forward on how we can be better.

  I actually called and talked to a teller who explained I would be able to use this bank as a means to obtain a cashier check because they're a co-op with Navy Federal Credit Union. Well that wasn't true and now I can not pay pay a bill because of this misinformation. I can use the ATM ANYWHERE USA!!!

  We are very sorry for your inconvenience and any information that may have been given to you incorrectly. Our staff is trained to ensure we tell members of other credit unions that our ATM is the only option for shared branching transaction, but unfortunately, we cannot control what other institutions may tell their members. We are also very sorry that Navy Federal does not offer more convenient options for their members. We hope that you enjoy the rest of your day!
