      I spoke to them yesterday, they were very pleasant and honest and gave facts, no threats and were not rude. they have a job to do like the rest of us, they just happen to do something that most of us do not enjoy. the young lady i spoke to was very nice! wish i remembered her name. I did owe a debt under the legal term, although it was fraud and I got railroaded by some guys who i caught doing drugs in my place of business, so they wanted to get me back i suppose. They have no idea if that's true or not. give them a break, they have families to feed also. I don't like these places anymore than anyone else, don't get me wrong. but keep in mind, they are just doing what they are being paid to do. i have learned that if you get defensive right away that also puts them in defense mode, that's human nature, right? treat them with respect and they will do the same! right now during covid, I'm sure they don't enjoy calling people. we are all in this one together.
