  Awesome experience with Accunet! My fiance and I just bought our first home and we couldn't recommend Accunet more! We were closing in almost exactly a month time and we were able to complete the full process on time. We had shopped around a few places for rates and Accunet had a competitive rate and even called back when the market had changed the next day to offer a better rate. Brad and Zach were incredibly helpful through the whole process and gave weekly updates on the status of the loan and always opened up for questions. We had full trust in using them as our lender and our realtor & title company representative also had mentioned how impressed they were working with them. I would highly recommend to family and friends (and google) and will definitely use again some day!

  Got a mortgage a few months ago from Accunet. What a great experience! The sale was contingent on the tenants moving out. They decided to move out 2 months early, so that messed up the original plans. The wonderful people I worked with were able to expedite everything and there were no problems.

  My husband and I are so grateful for Accunet mortgage company! Aaron, our loan officer, has spent countless hours helping us organize various home mortgage scenarios throughout the past 10 years. He’s responsive, understanding, detail oriented and caring. He always makes time to respond to questions and explains things so well, which makes buying a house so easy.His partner, Shannon, is our loan manager and he is organized, involved and kind. Talking to Shannon is like talking to an old friend. They both care so much and are so passionate about their jobs. We love them both and cannot recommend this dream team enough, although I am certain everyone else is great! We have had 5 plus transactions with Accunet and they are nothing but professional and client oriented. When our last closing had a hiccup in our final credit check, the owner, Brian, was quick to step in an ensure we closed, by giving various options to help make closing possible that were specific to our resources. He went above and beyond to make sure we got the house at the lowest possible rate and his team was also very helpful in collaborating to ensure a smooth closing despite a few hiccups beyond anyone’s control. It is wonderful to see a company that is ran by such a caring individual who makes all his clients feel special and cared for. Brian is very special. Our deal almost fell apart, but Brian and the Accunet team used their expertise to keep it together. If we went through a traditional bank, we would not have the house we do today. For this reason, I cannot recommend Accunet more to anyone, especially first time buyers. While we think we are in our forever home, we will definitely be back if we have any future refinancing or home buying needs! Thank you Aaron, Shannon, Jason, Brandon and Brian for all your have done for us!
