  My review of Accurate Title, Bedford NH is decidedly mixed. At the end of the day, the closing went off without a hitch, on schedule. I also found Dee Strong to be a professional and efficient closing Processor. 5 stars for Ms. Strong. However, I was very frustrated with Accurate Title prior to that; personnel processing the closing were overly brief, did not respond to questions in detail, and generally needed to be pressed for the simplest items like a concrete schedule for closing. Zero stars for my experience there prior to Ms. Strong taking charge of the closing. I would NOT recommend Accurate title, and would not use them again. --------------- Adding a specific example, after seeing the response provided: At one point I sent a list of specific questions, via email, concerning title status, closing date, specific transaction amounts, and wire transfer procedures, so I could plan ahead. In response I received only this: "Waiting on a closing time/date/location. Seller is also purchasing." As noted, once Ms. Strong was involved, questions like those received prompt, complete answers; prior to that I encountered only these perfunctory and incomplete responses.

  Accurate title was extremely easy to work with and I'm happy to have El work with them on my mortgage paperwork. They made it dumbed down for me to understand. They gave me my time to read wherever i felt needed more understanding and answered questions I had pertaining to the things in which i read. Fantastic people
