      3 stars because I had a 5 star experience, and a 1 star experience. I would like to give 5 stars to Shanique M, I came here a few months ago after my mom passed away&my dad wrote me a personal check. Shanique was able to set me up with my new account while also helping 3 other people during the process (it takes about 15 min to set up an account to verify your identity). She was super friendly, knew all the customers who came in by name&joked around with everyone. She seemed to just send out that all over "good vibe" into the room. I came here again to cash a payroll check, and the lady working said she would be able to cash it and had me endorse it, but when it was time to go thru the machine, she said "it won't go thru" and said the machine didn't say why. She didn't bother to call her boss er none. So since she had me endorse it, I wasn't able to cash my check anyyyywhere. Which led me to lose my uhaul and everything in it which was all my moms stuff since her house was sold&I wanted to keep my mamas stuff. 1 star on that, don't ask someone to endorse a check if you can't cash it.
