      The check cashing process is easy enough. I had a large 401k disbursement check, and needed the funds available immediately. Talyah was able to help me at a Newport News branch and I cannot say enough about her world class customer service. There was one customer that was being difficult with her and she maintained her cool throughout the process. Thank you
