  Came to cash a check and Ms. Rose and Erika help me out. They were fast and very informative on helping me with cashing my check. They have excellent customer service. Will definitely be back with all my check cashing needs. Thanks ladies for the laughs

  The worst business I have ever been to. Completely impossible possible to get anything accomplished at this location been here 3 different days trying to cash a simple valid cashier's check. On the 1st day I show up at 4 PM and they tell me it is too late in the day to process or cash a cashier's check. On day 2, I show up at noon and the lady can verify the funds with the issuing bank but then I'm told they also need to verify with the remitter of the check. I don't understand why they would need to call the remitter and verify with him if it was already verified with the remitter's bank. On day 3, Have to restart the process from the very beginning and now I'm told my cashier's check is not valid, it's not real according to the Ace employee! Which is completely bogus because it's 1000% real. They are the most incompetent employees I have ever met. You would think that the $180 in fees they were gonna make off me would be enough to make them do their jobs using the brain in their head. They don't hire people here with any brains because the level of incompetence is mindblowing. Don't waste your time or days dealing with this place they will do anything possible not to cash your check.

  Oml one day I arrived to try & cash my check and enter the building and was greeted by Vivian & she asked if I need any assistance she helped me cash one of my work checks amazing service
