      I have never had issues like I did today as the agent remained professional I was very upset when she refused to hand me back my identification because she thought it was fake.the police had to be called to verify that it was indeed a valid ID. My advise to the company let it be known that you cannot keep someone's personal property because you think it's not valid. The agent might wanna watch what she says about law before preaching the law to a worker of law enforcement
