      I went in to the location at 1702 Hwy. 14, in Lake Charles, Louisiana; Toya assisted me; she was very knowledgeable and told me everything she would require to cash my checks and the amounts that it would cost to cash them. She very cordial and answered all my questions in a timely manner. It being the 4th of July, I was wary to if they would be operating, I called ahead to make sure they were open, and if they were; when the EOB would be. The lady who answered my call was very helpful as well. I've been away from Louisiana for almost 30 years and Toya and coworker made it feel welcoming and really nice to be back home.
