      Updated Review - July 2022: Although still a nice place to do business. it is unfortunately not the warm and exuberant Ace Cash Express that I remember. As a long time customer you would think that they would make you feel valued other than your money no matter how miniscule. Perla the Manager still greets you with a smile which is greatly appreciated, a gem and treasured. But what is not appreciated is the near sticker-shock as best as I know how to equate it to some/not all of the fees out of fairness. I was taken aback on my last visit about some fees and it was very disheartening as I had to nearly beg for some wiggle room as surely they can work with their long time customers and this request was honored but was done in poor taste. I would think the company would encourage repeat business as opposed to dissuading it and again at the risk of sounding repetitious for long time/repeat customers. Factoring all this in and taking it under consideration is; the only reason I will pop in every now and then will be in hopes of doing business with the effervescent Perla who makes doing business a pleasure even if one does not appreciated by the company. Older Review: My experiences have been bittersweet mostly because of the fees but that's pretty much to be expected. On the flipside/positive is the service which is exceptional! I utilize this service to purchase cards for my family for their own purchases (textbooks, etc.) for school and also bill pay among other things. As aforementioned exceptional, and personalized customer service with the likes of Sally who is knowledgeable, endearing and very helpful. There are others whose names I cannot recollect at the writing of this review who have been wonderful, empathetic and kind as well! The Manager Perla is also a joy to interact with, and knows her stuff! She aims to please and does a great job! Would I recommend this particular location? Absolutely! Five star review is most deserving, and the business relationships I have built over the years is a ten!
