      Went to pay a bill. Helpful associate had multiple options. The first two were unsuccessful and the third option finally worked. Although the instant payment didn’t work, I was able to upgrade my Ace Flare account up to an Ace Elite account and load my money to that card which allowed me to pay my bill from my phone. Great customer service and multiple options
