      In 2020 you guy was the best and I asked toMake my payments on my pay week back in 2020 and it was done! It's 2021 and paying on the automated system is BS! It was way better when you could call the store and make a payment over the phone now you have to pay the automated system which I was on the phone over 40 minutes trying to make a payment I had to give my whole social and my birthday which I don't understand why they need all that information just to make a payment I gave my social to the automated system which sent me to a agent, just for the agent to ask me for my social again and my birthday just to tell me they couldn't help me I would have to make the payment with automated system which the automated system kept sending me back to the agent and after 43 minutes go by I was able to make a payment!!!! That's just how people info get out in the world and I pray nothing happens to my information! It would be nice to go back to the old way.....I'm disappointed with ace cash Express and remember customers like me and others keep the business going it's always better to talk to a person dinner automated system I don't know who bright idea it was to change over to a automated system! Sign a dedicated customer
