      Was helped by Ms. Shirley and she was amazing, I've been in customer service most my life and I can say honestly she goes above and beyond... Super helpful and informative

      Just did a transaction at this location. 7.9.2022. I needed the lady (Shirley) to take $40 off my card and was going to put $20 onto my Chime card. At first I mistakenly asked to have $40 taken off my Chime card, but then corrected my mistake and she replied ok as in understanding that. I swiped my other card....got the $40 and she then put $20 onto my Chime card. What she did instead was charged my Chime card $40 (which put it in the negative) and then added $20 (which still keeps it in negative) As my mom said "Good help is hard to find" When I saw this mistake I was already on the bus and called the lady back. She tells me "I did my part" and to take the issue up with my bank. ZERO STARS.
