I came in with a large check yesterday. Explained the situation and the lady who assisted me, "Leah" she is amazing! Very personable, let me know it would take quite a while to get it done but she had no problem helping me. She acknowledged other people who came in and warned them about my lengthy transaction and that it maybe a long time. She had a few "regulars" come in and knew her by name they all were smiling and happy to see her, she was so down to earth and professional. She walked me through the process, laughed and joked with me etc...she overall made the experience GREAT!!! I was smiling when I left, not just because I had my money but, it took and hour and a half to complete the transaction and I was not irritated one time! She is a keeper!!!!! Thank you Leah!!!!
