      There is never enough staff to assist customers. They often do not have a staff member that can verify large checks. There’s no place to sit while you wait in a 30 min long line. The staff however, is extremely helpful. The issues seem to be a higher up thing. Poor management perhaps.

      Went in to store #4196 this morning, it was my first experience at a Ace Cash express. C'Asia is such a great employee! She was being trained and processed my transaction very smoothly. 👍 Definitely will be back again :)
