  I will start from the beginning. We had a hail storm sometime in 2010. I called Ace to have my roof inspected. The previous owner came out to inspect and found the roof needed to be replaced. This was a VERY pleasant older gentleman. He gave us an estimate and we had our insurance cover the cost. They did the work no problems. Mind you these workers looked like contractors. 5-6 years go by and we had another minor hail storm. This time another company came by and asked if they could inspect the roof, I said sure no problem. They check and found the roof was a mess. Asked who did it last I said Ace, about 5-6 years ago . He said sir you need to call them because your roof is terrible. Me being worried I called them immediately and spoke to the previous owner. Again, he was very pleasant and listened with care. He responded immediately by sending his son over to my house. ( Eric) ( current owner). Eric goes on the roof comes back down and looks me in my eyes and says " Mr. Reese we are going to replace your roof". I said ok must've been bad. 2 weeks later materials get dropped off in my front yard and 1 week afterwards the crew shows up to replace the roof. This was year 2016. Fast forward to 2022 and I'm now trying to sell the house and an inspector goes on the roof and finds a hole in the roof. I again immediately call Ace and speak with Eric the current owner. The conversation with him immediately starts off wrong. I explain my story and he starts off by saying it's out of warranty and you will have to pay for it. Not knowing who I was talking to, I asked he didn't want to tell me who he was. He was dodging questions and acting like I was the bad guy. He started to hang up on me. Told me bye several times dismissing me. He asked me to email him pictures ( and I did) but after that conversation I really didn't want to have anything else to do with this company. I will never use this company again. This person knows nothing about customer service. He is about money and that's all. Company's need to make money so if they are bad they will mask it to seem good. It's up to us to spread the word and expose the bad. So I'm doing my part. Be cautious about using this company with the new owner in place. To respond in a way that I'm the bad guy shows poor professionalism. As a business shouldn't you have replaced the flash upon replacing the roof or atleast let me know it needed replacing then or soon? Yes you should've, it's called good workmanship. Your company clearly doesn't have it anymore.

  Mr. Reese called our office to discuss a “hole” in his roof discovered by a home inspection performed. We promptly pulled his file and asked him to please send a picture from the inspection report. Mr. Reese did send the pictures and the hole is not in the shingles, it is in the flashing around the pipe collar. The pipe flange will deteriorate over time from elements like weather, animals etc. This can happen often and is a normal maintenance issue homeowners will encounter with their roofs. Ace originally replaced Mr. Reese’s roof in 2010 and Eric went back out in 2016 to inspect the roof per the owner’s request. Eric decided the roof was not up to the standards we expect with our roofs and told Mr. Reese that we would replace his roof at no cost. Ace and Eric take a lot of pride in the quality of work we supply for our customers. For the current issue with the pipe collar flashing, Eric told Mr. Reece we would replace the deteriorated flange, but it would not be for free. As a company, we always strive on good customer service, but unfortunately, we can’t please everyone.

  Ace recently replaced our siding and gutters. Excellent workers, showed up on time and never stopped working. Very efficient and friendly. Extremely happy with our new siding. Highly recommend!
