      Karla Herrera is not the one to go to. She will act like she is going to help you. She asked that we email her all of our information bank statements and everything required. Two times that my mother and I spoke to her she said she was sick and then she's been really busy, understandable. Then we waited days, weeks and now it's been months to not here from her ever again, no return calls, no emails and no text. She took all of my personal information and my mother's information. I sent my mother to her because she also wanted to find a home. I know she can't do anything with this but it's very unprofessional. Communication is the key and if she couldn't help us the best thing she could have done is direct us to someone who could.
