      Awful. We have a car loan through ACFCU. No one seems to know what’s going on. Absolutely the worst.

      Well this bank just lost another customer. Between the awful app and the hidden fees I can't handle it anymore. The app was produced poorly and crashes constantly. The customer support isn't helpful. Until you call back enough times and get someone helpful. Now all of the sudden I have to be on "premium" checking with new fees that I never signed up for. I also signed a waiver for omitting overdraft protection. Low and behold, it's still there charging me for something I didn't want or need. Goodbye ACFCU, you used to be good.
