      Tried to resolve an issue of being locked out of my online account. I was told that I would get a call back in 24 to 48 hours from representative. ..... however I could go to local branch the next morning........ complete breakdown of customer service and clearly the representative did not care about taking care of my problem. Terrible terrible terrible service after hours!!!
