If you yearn for the days when bankers knew you by name and welcomed you to visit (vs forcing you on to the phone, computer or mobile app), then this is a great option for you to investigate. Members of Estero Chamber of Commerce and Greater Fort Myers Chamber of Commerce too and eager to be engaged in the community.

I have no issues banking with Achieva, I have been with them my whole life. I have never had a problem with this location, either, until today. I arrived at the bank today, a Monday, at 4:48. This is 12 minutes before the posted close time. The doors were already locked and most of the lights were off. I tried knocking and calling and the phones had been forwarded. This was ironic as the message stated their hours of operation. Normally, if I were passing by this would be a minor inconvenience. But, since I was on my break from work and rushed to get there in time to make it back, this is a much bigger inconvenience. As I could've been doing many other things with that time. My request would have only taken 5 minutes, and I try to always respect the hours of operations of businesses. Disappointed that whoever was running the branch tonight decided to not honor their responsibilities. Closing your branch 12+ minutes before the posted time is very unacceptable.
