      The only good thing about this branch or Achieva in general is the tellers the work there Bank will charge overdraft fees even when,there is plenty of funds to cover,The response you get is well maybe something was pending,not on my end.I though Banking made simple,oh wrong bank.This is how most bigbanking goes.

      Absolutely horrible will be banking elsewhere i have multiple accounts at multiple banks. Lots of peolple i rec to there They Changed names and nothing but issues now all the time. Not knowledgeable. Would realy like the old people and bank.

      You guys were better when you were Preferred Community Bank. I'm being told my request for a new card won't even be accepted for an indefinite amount of time. Why do I even bank with you if I can't access my account? I understand due to COVID-19 that in branch services aren't realistic but if operations can't be managed even over the phone, why should I trust you with my money? Once I get my new card, which who knows when, I'm taking my banking to somewhere else Tell Yadira to not rush people off the phone when they could have more questions.
