      I just joined this CU in January 2022. Main reason was because I was looking to purchase a pre-owned vehicle that was in the mid 2000s and had over 100k miles. Achieva offered some fair options that could work for me. What I truly admire about Achieva is that through this process of applying for lending, I had PERSONAL communication - email AND phone - with REAL people who demonstrated that they were attentive to my needs and wanting to provide great service. There was one hiccup in our understanding of one of their products, but I have to say that they worked super diligently to make all things as right as they could and not once did I experience anything other than customer care, professionalism and courtesy. I would like to personally acknowledge Zachary D., Mellissa, Erin, Seth and Krystal. They have each been fantastic and I am super pleased to be part of this CU. Definitely recommend. Get Some!!

      Very clean, and was helped immediately. They even have a new policy that you can use anyone else’s account number and the routing number and it’s just an honest mistake!
