      Bad experience from beginning to end on my auto loan. Will not use them moving forward for any financing needs. Customer service is lackluster at best. Buyer beware: they charge a high late fee after only 5 days of due date.

      This bank keeps freezing our account.we go in and they say the money is in the account . Then we go to use the debit card and it's frozen again an hour later Been with achieva for 15 years and now they mess with our account . Very dissatisfied
