      Previous experience was honestly pretty good, but I’m not sure what’s happened to this credit union in the last couple of years but the attitude I have received from the last 2 individuals I’ve spoken to was pretty consistent with terrible customer service. I wasn’t going to write anything initially because, well what’s the point, it was one rude person?, but now that it’s happened a second time I believe it’s worth noting that the culture is to blame, not the person. Sad to see them seemingly go downhill like this, culturally speaking.

      Please open more branches close to Tampa. There are none, all are in St.Pete or Clearwater area and one in Lutz.
