      This is the worst bank I’ve ever belonged to. Don’t waste your time or effort with this establishment. They constantly lock me out of my bank account, staff is rude and unhelpful, getting a hold of an actual human is close to impossible.

      I haven't been able to get a hold of anyone on the phone. And this has been going on for the last 5 months. I call no one picks up i drive up there and there's a full staff. That's ok it's not like we're in a pandemic form covid 19 or anything. And while writing this im 27 minutes in on hold thanks achieve for your great customer service.
