  Wow. Melissa McGlinchey offered me a better interest rate than another lender and even after I said I'd go with her she locked me in at an even lower rate! She answered me calls and text after hours, was extremely prompt with her communication, and was very knowledgable. She explained things in great detail and she even came to my closing and explained documents at the signing table (which isn't all that common from my knowledge). Her and her team then sent me legit the yummiest gourmet chocolates I've ever had afterward, which was an unexpected surprise. She was also more upfront about the overall closing cost estimates than the previous lender I was in communication with. I think the other lender tried to minimize fees I'd have to pay that were out of her control to make it seem like going with her would be smarter, but Melissa told me right away those estimates seemed low, and she she was right. I'd much rather know upfront what I'm going to be paying for closing. So I appreciated that. She'll get you the best rate and be upfront about everything. She is also very patient. My closing went super smooth. I've already given her information to multiple people because I was so impressed.

  Listen, if I could give 0 stars - I would. This was the ABSOLUTE worst experience we’ve ever had, and we shouldn’t have even ever had to be in contact with or know who these people are. We were the sellers in the transaction, and to make a long story short - we were misled into believing our buyer was qualified. He was not. We were also misled into believing it was a conventional loan, instead it was a bank statement loan which ended up with a 90 DAY CLOSE rather than their promised 40 day. We didn’t even know it was going to be extended or that the underwriter hadn’t even opened the files up until the DAY AFTER CONTRACTUAL CLOSING DATE. We got the run around for weeks, we were lied to over and over until we threatened legal action and canceling contract. These are some of the most unprofessional, rude and mismanaged people I have EVER dealt with. To put it nicely, if you EVER get a buyer approval with this company’s logo on it .. RUNNNN and never look back. Side note, the manager called us after we finally closed because we were living in a hotel during the holidays and gave us some huge sob story about her veteran family ties because my husband is a disabled vet and we were using a VA loan and offered to send us a gift to help with costs incurred due to their negligence - she never followed up, and it never came. Were we surprised ? Not at all. What a sham and horrible people. Enjoy our money from our sale - jerks.
